Jag körde min första 1,8 buggy tävling på två år. Kvalet började på lördagen och allt kändes fortfarande ovant eftersom jag bara haft lite tid på mig att förbereda mig och lära känna bilen.

Yannick Aigoin vinner omgång 2 i Franska mästerskapet med RC8.2

After a strong performance in qualifying, Yannick Aigoin would go onto win the 45 min final at the 2nd round French Nats, held in Belfort this weekend. Judging by the result he has settled into the new Associated car well and able to beat his peers domestically.

Nu presenterar vi ett nytt sortiment LiPo ackar. Ackarna är i första hand framtagna för RC bilar och har ett mycket lågt inre motstånd som ger bättre "punch" och högre toppfart.

Niclas Månsson börjar köra 1:8 buggy och väljer RC8.2!

Vinterns VBC mästare i både 2WD och 4WD klassen, Niclas "Nille" Månson tar steget till 1:8 buggy. Även om 1:10 buggy fortfarande är huvudklassen ser Nille fram emot att tävla i 1:8 buggy också.
Nille kommer att köra en hel del tävlingar under sommarhalvåret och först ut är Sverige Cupen i Vetlanda den 5-6/5.

The Silver State Nitro Challenge, known for its demanding surface and weather conditions, got a face lift for the 2012 event. Just a few weeks prior to the event clay was added to the usually silty Sin City R/C facility to create a more consistent and "raceable" surface. Additionally, the racers were greeted with mild weather conditions which in the past varied from blazing hot to snowy.

The 9th annual Southwest Indoor Grand Prix, hosted by Tucson, AZ's Competition Hobbies, should be re-named as the BK Invitational. Team Associated's Brian Kinwald owns this track and went on a tear, TQ'ing 14 of the 16 rounds of qualifying among 2WD Modified, Modified Truck, Pro2 and Pro4.

Team Associated drivers Ryan Maifield, Ryan Cavalieri, Steven Hartson, and other team drivers descended upon the usually high-grip race track of Hot Rod Hobbies to battle for the titles up for grabs at the event.
